Akerendam Digitaal is a company focused on the development and implementation of digital assessment possibilities. The extensive psychological and organizational knowledge and experience of Akerendam are used for the digital and online area.
We were asked by a company to develop an online selection instrument where candidates receive by mail an unique code to login on a site with different styles of analytical tests. These tests are developed by Akerendam Digitaal and made in the company brand and logo. The participants receive their results by email upon finishing the tests. This system can be used anywhere in the world, as long as there is a computer with internet access present. This means a considerable time saving; a part of the selection route is standardized and participants that are not eligible for the job aren’t invited for an interview.
